Founder's Story
The Hope Factor Tutoring was founded by a dedicated educator who believes every student is capable of success when given the right support. As a certified Mathematics 7-12 teacher with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and years of tutoring and classroom experience, our founder has worked with students of all ability levels in a variety of learning environments.
Through these experiences, one reality became increasingly clear. Despite the hard work of teachers and schools, the demands of today's education system often make it difficult to provide every student with the individual instructional attention they need. Large class sizes, limited instructional time, and diverse learning can sometimes cause students to fall behind or slip through the cracks.
Recognizing this need, The Hope Factor Tutoring was created to bridge that gap. We believe that every student deserves personalized instruction, encouragement, and the opportunity to learn at a pace that works for them. Too often, students struggle not because they lack ability, but because they haven't yet found the approach, support, or confidence they need to succeed.
